I love summer but it does make sitting inside writing a decidedly daft thing to do. I hear the kids outside playing in the park, and the people talking on the street and when I peek out the door the sun is shining and I am sorely tempted – until I think about how long I’ve been writing this book and how close I am to the end. When I’m finished with this editing lark it’s the cover and Amazon and you will all get to read it – provided you haven’t had a gutsful by then of course. So for now, the garden can grow both weeds and flowers, and I’ll let you do all my sun walks for me safe in the knowledge that by next summer someone I don’t know, may have actually bought my book. Imagine that.
